Who Are We?
C.T.O Property Solutions, LLC is made up of a group of individual people who have come to invest not only in real estate, but each other. Who have joined forces to chase our dreams and passions in real estate. We've met each individual at different real estate conventions and have put forth effort to improve the well being of our neighborhoods, friends, and family homes.
We dove into the real estate world head first and quickly gained traction. We have big goals and together we have the tools, knowledge, and resources to be your SOLUTION.
We pride ourselves on relentlessly searching for ways to be the solution to the families and investors we work with. We commit to going above and beyond to involve creative ideas and processes to ensure the happiness of our customers.

We specialize in buying distressed homes at a discounted price to renovate and resell to retail home buyers, landlords, and rehabbers. We truly are the one stop shop real estate investors.
